                                              Yuma USBC for Amberly's Place
                         Yuma USBC Toiletry Drive

The Board of Directors will be collecting toiletry items to be donated to Amberly's Place.

Amberly's Place is a victim center named in memory of Amberly Mendoza, a child victim of an unsolved Yuma homicide.  They provide services to victims of child abuse, both physical and sexual, domestic violence, sexual assault, and elderly abuse. They also offer services based on the victim needs in a neutral, victim friendly environment, including medical evaluations, interviews of suspected victims, and mental health referrals.  Amberly's Place has specially trained crisis response advocates who can respond on scene 24 hours a day to offer victim’s support, which aids in reducing trauma.

Yuma USBC Board Members are collecting toiletries from visited hotels to include: lotions, shampoos, soaps, and conditioners.  In addition to these items we will also be collecting hair appliances; curling irons, flat irons, and blow dryers.  Cell phones and old cell phones may be donated also, they will be programmed to provide a 911 calling ability.
Your donations are Greatly Appreciated!
